Order Processing Time

Customs Fee
In some countries, duties and taxes are required to be paid before the goods are released from customs. Customs fees are sole the responsibility of the customer. In any case, we have absolutely no control over these charges, we are not informed of these fees and can’t predict what they may be. Customer is responsible for settling all charges. Bujo Art shop does not offer refunds or returns under circumstances where customs fees are not paid by the customer and orders are not cleared. Please note, in rare instances, custom agents may delay the release of orders at their discretion.

Delivery Error
Please be aware that we are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier such as delays, additional processing fees, taxes or lost packages. We’re not responsible for any package being stolen off your doorstep or mailbox.
In instances where delivery addresses are incorrect or incomplete or recipients aren't available for pickup, it is the recipient's responsibility to provide us the corrected and complete address and incur any additional re-delivery charges. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes or adjustments to the address mid-delivery. $8USD or 25% of the total order value will be charged for re-deliveries, whichever is higher.
Please note that the package must be more than 15 days late prior to filing a claim with most of transport companies. If your package has been delayed and you do not have the package when expected, please contact us help@bujoart.com and we will try to get as much information as possible and file the claim when necessary.
